Job Description:

As a Senior Retention and Direct Response professional, you will drive online lead generation through traditional and non-traditional marketing channels. This role involves hands-on campaign management, where you will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns to expand our reach into untapped markets.

We seek someone who thrives in building and experimenting with marketing strategies that go beyond the usual playbook. If you love testing new channels, analyzing results, and scaling high-performing campaigns, this role is for you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Launching and managing lead generation campaigns across various channels such as TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously testing new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Developing and executing innovative growth-focused marketing plans to drive business expansion.
  • Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking to maximize results.
  • Working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • A strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
