We are a pioneer in talent outsourcing and consulting with a longstanding focus on Early Careers and Campus Services. As a coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end candidate selection process.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding
  • Assist in managing ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborate on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines
  • Built and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Keep stakeholders updated on relevant processes
  • Manage day-to-day queries and escalate where necessary
You'll Need to Demonstrate
  • Effective English business communication, written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Amenability to work in a mid-shift schedule
  • A willingness to work on a fixed-term contract
