Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Healthcare Specialist to support our growing demand for quality international care workers and nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end recruitment of international healthcare workers, including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Assistants, and Allied Health Professionals.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media referrals, and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct initial interviews and clinical assessments (if qualified).
  • Coordinate with training, migration, and deployment teams for seamless candidate processing.
  • Ensure candidates meet partner-specific qualifications and country-specific compliance (e.g., AHPRA for Australia).
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with deployment targets.
  • Support job fairs, information sessions, and marketing campaigns for healthcare recruitment.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs and provide weekly updates to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field preferred.
  • Proven experience in medical or healthcare recruitment (minimum 2 years).
  • Familiarity with international healthcare deployment processes is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
