Credit Risk Management Specialist

Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to ensure timely and accurate credit reviews align with our banking policies and procedures. They will also provide valuable insights on credit decisions and ensure that all necessary updates are made to our applications system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review Credit Recommendations: Ensure compliance with our policies and procedures by thoroughly reviewing credit recommendations made by team members.
  • Policies and Procedures: Interpret and enforce our policies and procedures correctly, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and fairness.
  • Sound Credit Decisions: Make informed credit decisions based on thorough analysis, taking into account all relevant factors and information.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise team members to ensure they meet performance standards and maintain accuracy in their work, providing guidance and support when needed.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as finance or accounting.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in credit evaluation and review, preferably in a banking institution.
  • Ability to work onsite and relocate if required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
