We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support the analysis, documentation and implementation of technology solutions that align with business goals. This role serves as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes and ensure successful delivery of system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze system and process requirements from business users.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and process maps.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA and project teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
  • Support system configuration, testing and deployment activities across enterprise platforms.
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities through gap analysis and data review.
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials and user support resources.
  • Participate in change management, UAT planning and rollout communications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or systems analyst, ideally in shared services, insurance or financial environments.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, workflow automation or case management tools.
  • Familiarity with requirements documentation, process modeling and testing methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agile or hybrid development methodologies experience.
