Job Role Summary

This is a role that involves coaching and mentoring team leaders to develop strong relationships with key store personnel, evaluating training programs, and enhancing store relationships through regular visits.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate training and development programs for Key Team Leaders.
  • Craft and implement national in-store merchandising based on standard guidelines and workflows.
  • Coach and mentor Agency Supervisors and Coordinators in building strong relationships with key store personnel.
  • Develop and execute promotions and sales programs, ensuring systems are followed and maximized to resolve in-store concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance checks of scheduled activities.
Key Areas of Focus
  • Merchandising: Implement national in-store merchandising based on standard guidelines and workflows. Manage regular and special POPs, including shelf talkers, headers, wobblers, mass displays, product highlights, and special containers.
  • Systems and Process Improvements: Suggest operational improvements in availability, visibility, merchandising, promotion execution, and Bad Order management.
  • Administrative: Maintain good record-keeping systems and complete routine reports.
