Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate expense management and coding, particularly through reconciliation of card transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to correct or complete financial coding and documentation.
- Identify recurring issues in expense classification and propose solutions.
- Monitor and validate classification of key expense types.
- Assist with gathering and organizing data for monthly financial reporting.
- Support ad hoc finance requests, including pulling transaction histories and reconciling variances.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or operations support roles.
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup techniques.
- Comfort communicating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and clarify procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines.
