Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chinese Cuisine Director to lead our culinary operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and authentic dining experiences that showcase the rich flavors and traditions of Chinese cuisine.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement seasonal menus that incorporate fresh, locally sourced ingredients and reflect the latest culinary trends

  • Lead a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation

  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines

  • Collaborate with other departments to create seamless dining experiences for our guests

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our culinary offerings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles within high-end or luxury hospitality settings

  • Demonstrated expertise in Chinese cuisine, including knowledge of traditional cooking techniques and ingredient selection

  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments

  • Creative, quality-driven, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
