Job Title: Interior Millwork Drafter

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to create detailed custom furniture shop drawings, conduct rendering and takeoffs, and ensure precise execution of designs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed millwork and furniture shop drawings based on architectural and interior design specifications.
  • Generate accurate takeoffs and material lists to aid in project estimation.
  • Develop high-quality 3D renderings to visualize design concepts.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Ensure drawings are fabrication-ready with correct dimensions, joinery details, and material specifications.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in millwork drafting, furniture detailing, or interior architectural drafting.
  • Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Mozaik (or similar software).
  • Strong understanding of joinery, materials, and construction methods.
  • Experience in rendering software for design visualization.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed millwork shop drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings.

This role involves working efficiently within deadlines while maintaining high accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
