Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Insights Analyst to join our team. This role is newly created, reflecting our evolving focus on AI-assisted insight delivery, proactive scenario modeling, and cloud-first analytical architecture.

The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to our business, helping us design scalable insight engines, prototype decision-support systems, and lead the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables
  • Developing and maintaining tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Leading deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Delivering strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Building and refining repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting
  • Mentoring junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills
  • Playing a lead role in driving cross-client insight standardisation and reporting automation

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modeling
  • Skilled in Tableau or similar BI tools, with the ability to build intuitive and visually engaging dashboards
