Job Title: Data Insights Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to analyze complex data, transform insights into actionable information, and support data-driven decision-making across various academic and administrative functions.

About the Role:
  • Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to uncover patterns and trends, enabling data-informed decisions.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data insights for diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Present findings through compelling narratives and tailored visualizations, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Benchmarking against national averages and tracking progress over time.
  3. Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using industry-standard tools.
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely insights.
Requirements:
  • Strong foundation in analytics and data visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analytics using Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and SQL (PostgreSQL or similar).
  • Experience working with educational institutions and understanding academic data metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting insights to diverse audiences.
