Job Description:

As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in marketing support who is comfortable learning new platforms and efficiently coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can collaborate with the team to understand and transition current tasks and ongoing projects. You will provide day-to-day marketing support, manage and operate various printing platforms, assist with title and real estate-related marketing tasks, and maintain organized records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in marketing support or a related administrative role
  • Familiarity with Fetch and bear printing platforms is highly desirable
  • Understanding of the title and real estate industry preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently
