Job Title: Driver Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced driver recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a seamless onboarding journey for new drivers, ensuring exceptional communication, sharp problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have good verbal and written English communication skills, at least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals, good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack, positive and forward-thinking attitude, diligent and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and follow up with drivers regarding their application to confirm qualifications
  • Review and record application documents
  • Walk drivers through the onboarding process
  • Drive high conversion rates
  • Proactively address any issues and provide solutions
  • Track and update sheets required to see progress in day-to-day operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack
  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented
