Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Insights Specialist to join our team. Our team implements and supports an advanced data analytics platform designed for associations and nonprofits.
The ideal candidate will work closely with both clients and internal teams to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical project needs, requirements, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients and teammates through initial implementation and platform adoption.
- Analyzing client business rules and aligning them with baseline configuration options.
- Solutioning client implementations based on client needs and platform architecture.
- Managing and tracking progress on client deliverables.
- Reviewing client sites and usage metrics to proactively identify issues.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years of client-facing business analyst and/or technical project management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role with at least 2 years of experience in client support or success capacity, as well as collaborating with technical teams as a QA, BA, and/or PM.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI, familiarity with programming languages (preferably SQL and Python) or comfortable working with programming queries, experience with data governance and business intelligence & analytics.
Other Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and follow-up skills, excellent relationship-building skills, proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision, able to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, comfortable working with technical and non-technical clients and team members.
