Administrative Sales Officer Role

This is a key opportunity to grow and develop within the role, taking on additional responsibilities such as handling inbound and outbound customer service calls over time.

The successful candidate will possess strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail and be able to prepare accurate quotes via email by interpreting the Excel-based price list and using CRM templates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send accurate quotes via email.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes and customer correspondence.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, including managing Facebook messages and comments.
Required Skills:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales admin role or similar.
  • Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in quoting, administration, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software.
