Job Opportunity

We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, and content updates.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.
  • Coordinate domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade events while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate on website development and provide technical support for presentations.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations. They should have knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems (e.g., DEAR, StarShipit, Xero). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail are also essential.
