Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Coaching and mentoring sales team members to enhance their performance and achieve goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Analyzing sales data to inform decisions and optimize sales processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in telesales or outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales success and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
