Lead Sales Growth Strategist

We seek a driven self-starter with a strong instinct for entrepreneurship, ethics, and deal-closing ability. This individual should be resilient, thriving in autonomous environments and driving results through creativity and persistence.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for public schools, private schools, and universities, including legislation-driven educational programs.
  • Engage and influence policymakers, regulators, state legislators, and education administrators to promote Efekta's initiatives.
  • Manage full sales cycles: prospecting, proposal design (RFP/RFQ), negotiation, and closure.
  • Oversee key performance indicators such as new partnerships, revenue growth, sales funnel velocity, and policy impact.

You will have a minimum 5 years' sales experience within B2G or B2B sectors, with a proven ability to close high-value deals with government and institutions. Knowledge and network in the education sector are essential.
