Job Title: Financial Analyst and Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to support our clients by managing back-end financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless financial modeling, analysis, and reporting while leveraging advanced tools to improve efficiency and automation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining advanced financial models to support decision-making for our clients.
  • Developing and enhancing KPI dashboards and other performance tracking tools.
  • Automating manual processes in Excel, Power Query, and other platforms to improve efficiency.
  • Conducting detailed financial analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Providing support with FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborating with the team to streamline financial workflows and optimize reporting structures.
  • Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, as needed, and identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
  • Strong accounting foundation with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Expertise in Excel, Power Query, and tools like ChatGPT for automation and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient communicator with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
