Position Summary

The Transition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and implementation of new clients and dealerships. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition, managing project timelines, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The Transition Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients, particularly those in the automotive sector, have a seamless experience as they integrate our solutions into their operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new clients and dealerships, with a focus on automotive clients.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, customer success, and technical support, to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that all client requirements are met and that the transition process is completed on time and within budget.
  • Continuously improve the onboarding and implementation process based on client feedback and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Transition Manager, Project Manager, or similar role, with a focus on automotive clients.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
  • Experience in the automotive retail industry or a BPO environment is a plus.
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data management and reporting tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
Preferred Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Any other relevant project management certifications
