Job Overview

The Regional Delivery Implementation Head is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the successful execution of client implementation and delivery projects within the payments industry across MEA and APAC regions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional delivery strategies that align with commercial, product, and operational priorities as well as client needs.
  • Design scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools to deliver complex payment solutions to enterprise merchants.
  • Maintain global standards for implementation quality, timelines, and documentation throughout the organization.
  • Lead a high-performing team of regional delivery managers across different markets to drive business growth.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators around time-to-live, delivery velocity, customer satisfaction, and internal process adherence.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex delivery issues and ensure alignment across key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in implementation, delivery, or onboarding in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech, with at least 2 years of leadership experience managing multi-region or global teams.
  • Strong understanding of integration models (API, hosted, hybrid) and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills are required.
