- Place outbound collection calls in accordance with procedure and departmental standards.
- Offer support to patients with billing queries and concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve department and company goals and policies.
- Evaluate the need for good attendance and timely return from breaks.
- A college graduate or at least 2 years of education in a medical field-related course.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- The capacity to handle confidential information.
- Sufficient mathematical calculation skills.
- Detailed-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
- Proficient in using email and other digital tools.
- A highly motivated self-starter with flexibility in scheduling.
