Job Overview

We are seeking a Process Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Continuous Improvement Team, you will play a vital role in driving value creation and disrupting norms.


The successful candidate will have experience in process analysis and improvement, with a strong background in business process and workflow analytical skills. You will be responsible for developing and supporting strategic plans and management agendas through various areas such as process mining, root cause analysis, and process simulation.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
  • Identifying process issues and risks
  • Conducting process assessments and documentation to identify process automation opportunities
  • Supporting operations in data-driven decision making through root cause analysis

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree holder with at least 3 years' work experience in a BPO/Shared Services industry specializing in process mapping and analysis. Experience in facilitating workshops and focus group discussions is also preferred.
