Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, capture and translate business requirements into actionable specifications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The Business Analyst is responsible for working closely with VPs, AVPs, and end-users to gather and document business requirements.
  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business goals.
  • Coordinate with development teams to clarify requirements and validate deliverables.
  • Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Deep expertise in business analysis methodologies, techniques, and deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of underwriting process improvements and digital enablement.
  • Experience in user experience (UX) design for web-based applications.
  • Proficient in Agile software development methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Skilled in gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed system specifications.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to support stakeholders on complex system issues.
  • Solid understanding of the intersection between technology and business operations.
  • Collaborative team player with a proven track record of individual contributions.
  • Proficient in documentation, communication, and presentation, with the ability to clearly convey technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
