Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Process Improvement and Data Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sourcing and supplier selection strategies.
  • Identify and assess potential opportunities, develop business cases, and present recommendations to build support for sourcing initiatives.
  • Perform spend analysis of supplier data, organizational spend, project data, and assess total cost ownership to identify savings and general sourcing opportunities.
  • Build key relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.
  • Implement supplier agreements/contracts with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Maintain compliance with procurement policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellent planning, analytical, and detail-oriented negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge in category management – Facility Services, Marketing, IT.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
