E-Commerce Support Specialist

As an E-Commerce Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our online storefront. Your focus will be on maintaining polished product listings and ensuring smooth inventory flow to contribute to day-to-day success.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in e-commerce or Shopify-related roles and possess proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce tools. This individual should also have high organizational skills, excellent time management skills, strong written communication skills, and attention to detail.

In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will be proactive, able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to work independently.

  • Product Optimization: Optimize product descriptions across all listings for clarity and conversion.
  • Website Review: Conduct regular reviews of the website to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer reviews posted on the platform to maintain brand trust and engagement.
  • Visual Content Update: Update visual content including banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
  • Vendor Liaison: Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
