Online Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage our e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of online product listings, managing e-commerce platforms, and contributing to the overall growth of online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar
- Optimize listings for improved search visibility and higher conversion rates
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities
- Implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales
- Provide exceptional customer support and handle inquiries and issues through multiple channels
- Stay updated on industry trends and e-commerce best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus
