Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate for the Senior Financial Analyst role will have a strong background in finance and experience working with financial data.

  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations (e.g., comp plan terms, employee target incentives) in the compensation system.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring positive employee experience and serving as an escalation point for the team.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field, and at least four years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Owns and oversees the data, processes, and controls that ensure the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

• Supports the monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.

• Reports to the Senior Finance Manager and partners with sales, sales finance, accounting, and other business teams to provide reporting, analysis, and strategic insights that drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role

• Stable employment history
