Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be proficient in Vena, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Administer and maintain Vena reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates of financial reports.
    • Develop and enhance Vena reports to meet the evolving needs of the business.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Vena system usage.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Design, create, and manage Power BI dashboards that provide key insights to internal stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve dashboard functionalities to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Build and maintain complex Excel models for financial consolidation, ensuring the accuracy of data.
    • Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to streamline processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Update and refine PowerPoint presentations used for board meetings, executive reviews, and internal reporting.
    • Collaborate with the FP&A team to create visually compelling slides that effectively communicate financial insights.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, hands-on experience with Vena, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
