Lead Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished accounting professional to spearhead our finance operations. This role demands extensive experience with US GAAP, QuickBooks, and full-cycle accounting in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting processes and collaborate on monthly and year-end close procedures.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. accounting standards.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, assist with tax filings, compliance documentation, and audit support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Proven expertise using QuickBooks (essential).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
Accounting Expertise

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of US GAAP principles, QuickBooks software, and full-cycle accounting practices. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
