We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist who will serve as the backbone of our automation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on streamlining processes, connecting systems, and enabling teams to work smarter.

  • About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key player in operations automation, leveraging your expertise to drive process improvements, workflow efficiency, and system integration.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated workflows using n8n, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, design workflows, and implement process enhancements.
  • Key responsibilities include connecting and synchronizing Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Your skills in Power Automate and Power Query will enable you to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards, creating value through efficient data management.
  • You will also develop and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work and enhance business productivity.
  • Maintaining clear documentation for all automations and providing training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable will be a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with n8n workflow automation is essential, as well as strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Proficiency in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments is also required.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations is necessary.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting, is desired.
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python) can be beneficial.
