Job Summary:

As a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator at Australian Outsource Desk Inc., you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
  2. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely collection of payments.
  4. Follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate records of receivables and report on collection status.
  6. Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payment of bills.
  7. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  8. Maintain accurate records of payables and ensure compliance with company policies.
  9. Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
  10. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or unusual transactions.
  11. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.
  12. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  13. Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to management.
  14. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  15. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
  16. Support the finance team with various administrative responsibilities.
  17. Schedule and coordinate meetings using Outlook and Zoom.
