Job Title

A detail-oriented marketing professional is needed to support digital campaigns and create sales materials for a hospitality industry brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Notion, Microsoft Office, and CRM/email platforms. They should also be familiar with SEO and B2B marketing best practices.

This is a full-time role requiring the creation of B2B sales collateral, maintenance of a centralized asset library, and update of websites and landing pages.

The right fit will balance creativity with structure, take initiative, and leverage tools to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and format B2B sales collateral including fact sheets, proposals, and packages.
  • Maintain a centralized asset library with collateral, imagery, and templates.
  • Update and optimize B2B websites and landing pages.
  • Build and schedule targeted email campaigns.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in marketing coordination or design (hospitality/events a plus).
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled in Notion and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of SEO and B2B marketing best practices.
