Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Professional Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design visually appealing marketing materials using Canva, including social media posts, banners, and email templates. These materials should be engaging, informative, and align with our brand identity.
  • Manage e-commerce websites using Wix or Shopify, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and user-friendly.
  • Organize and manage the team's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlines. This requires strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Edit videos for social media and marketing purposes, ensuring they are well-produced, engaging, and meet our branding guidelines.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns using Constant Contact, targeting specific audiences and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Assist with social media management and Facebook marketing campaigns, creating content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Apply basic AI knowledge for marketing and content creation, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic design using Canva, with a portfolio of work that showcases your creativity and skills.
  • Ability to build and manage websites using Wix or Shopify, with a focus on user experience and search engine optimization.
  • Basic video editing skills for marketing purposes, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging content.
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact for email campaigns, with experience in creating effective campaigns that drive results.
  • Knowledge of social media calendar management and Facebook marketing, with a focus on creating engaging content and building a strong online presence.
  • Understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
