About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth, coordinating proposals, and producing high-quality marketing materials that reflect design excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end proposal coordination, including content gathering, design, and timely submission.
  • Develop compelling narratives and visuals for client proposals and presentations.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, capability statements, and digital assets.
  • Support business development by tracking leads, managing data, and generating insights via platforms.
  • Coordinate project photography and videography for documentation and brand storytelling.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, automate tasks, and generate insights.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in architecture, design, or services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, data analysis, or marketing automation.
  • CRM experience with platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
