
Property Management Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing property management company as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, handling daily operations and working closely with the property manager to maintain smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or property management. Excellent communication skills, proficiency with spreadsheets and email management tools, and ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of resident communication and activity
- Coordinate vendor schedules and track certifications
- Assist with personal administrative tasks for the property manager
- Generate reports on completed tasks and ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Proficiency with VoIP tools like Zoom Phone, RingCentral, or Google Voice
- Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines independently
- Professional and reliable communication with residents, vendors, and team members
