Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, detail-focused, experienced in real estate operations, and proficient in property management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
  • Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution
  • Ensure timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking
  • Advertise and market vacant properties on rental platforms and social media
  • Enforce lease terms and manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and building codes
Requirements
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience handling rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting
