Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger postings and bank statements.
  • Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, on a timely basis.
  • Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter key data of financial transactions into our database.
  • Provide assistance and support to other personnel as needed.
  • Research and track accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in financial statements, petty cash management, payments, and cheque voucher preparation.
  • Basic accounting tasks and auditing skills.
  • Adept in processing Si's, DRs, and contract expense management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment usage.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks.

Working Conditions

This position requires working in Malabon city from 8am - 5pm, with a lunch break from 12-1pm.
