Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Analytics team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization by developing business intelligence solutions, analyzing data, and delivering insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop reports and dashboards to support key business functions.
- Report on performance across key KPIs and regularly share business performance with stakeholders.
- Maintain consistent groomed business logic and KPIs across reporting.
- Develop product forecasts using Excel, SQL, R, and/or Tableau to support business growth.
- Proactively identify and investigate potential areas of opportunity.
- Collaborate with other Analytics members as needed on other data and business strategy projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3+ years of experience with SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing required; forecasting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in Ecommerce/CPG/Retail or other consumer product industries a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across the organization.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to solve problems.
