Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work as a Data Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with functional teams to identify and define key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs.
  • Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points, success measures, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translating business processes and goals into measurable KPIs and performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with modern BI tools, such as Power BI, and a strong understanding of data analysis concepts. They will also be able to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications in data analysis, such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, are desirable but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data insights.
