Job Overview

This key position is responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth in modern trade channels. The role involves leading go-to-market strategy development and execution, defining product requirements based on market analysis and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research & Insights: Conducts thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the mobile postpaid market. Develops actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Oversees the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing postpaid products and services. This includes defining target audiences, value propositions, messaging, and channel strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Oversees the execution of marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Manages campaign budgets and tracks key performance indicators.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitors competitor activities, product offerings, and marketing strategies. Provides regular competitive analysis reports and recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Works closely with internal stakeholders across Product Marketing, Branding/Communications, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and successful implementation of go-to-market plans.
