Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Test Manager to lead our team of mobile testers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams, leading projects from start to finish, and ensuring high-quality results.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of mobile testers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of testing projects.
  • Develop and implement effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough and efficient testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile application architecture, common design patterns, and the full mobile development lifecycle.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in mobile automation and manual testing, with a strong background in leading and managing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD tools and methodologies, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within fast-paced, agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
