Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as a strong background in the FinTech or Banking industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of financial applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for mobile (Android/iOS) and web applications.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, and Appium.
  • Integrate and maintain test suites in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product teams to define test strategies and ensure high-quality releases.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working with stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Ensure automation coverage for critical business workflows in banking and financial applications.
  • Promote test automation best practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards required in the financial services domain.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in automation testing with a strong focus on mobile test automation.
  • Proficiency in Cucumber, Selenium, and Appium.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
  • Prior background in the FinTech or Banking industry, with knowledge of financial systems, digital banking, or payment platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
