We have a community of 300,000 local service businesses that assist homeowners in prioritizing, completing, and hiring for projects. As a Product Specialist, you will drive our product quality initiatives by efficiently triaging bugs and actively supporting the validation and analysis of user feedback.

Your proactive approach ensures the delivery of a high-quality user experience, aligning with business objectives and continuously meeting user needs. You will play a vital role in driving our product quality initiatives by staying up-to-date on recent updates and new features.

About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you will respond to product inquiries from internal customers across designated channels, ensuring timely and accurate support. You will use data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive improvements within your function.

Requirements:
  • You should have strong research, navigation, and investigative skills.
  • You should have experience with Salesforce, Coda, and Jira or similar tools.
  • You should be proficient in Google Workspace, including Forms, Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • You should have excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • You should be detail-oriented and process-driven, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and implementing continuous improvements.
  • You should have clear and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
