Project Manager Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from start to finish.

Your main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing project schedules and work plans;
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports;
  • Monitoring and adding potential leads to CRM software;
  • Managing business social media accounts;
  • Checking invoices via Stripe;
  • Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement;
  • Utilizing industry best practices throughout the entire project execution;
  • Conducting research to enhance project outcomes;

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a project manager or in a relevant role;
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems;
  • Exceptional time management abilities;
  • Comfortable working on a graveyard shift;
  • Familiarity with current technologies such as Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent tools;
  • Experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms;
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
