Job Title: Workday Support Specialist

Jardine Service Centre, a leading provider of back-office support services, is seeking an experienced Workday Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our application support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our users, addressing complex issues, and ensuring prompt resolution of user queries.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our global operations team to enhance support processes, improve user experience, and leverage SaaS product roadmaps and upgrades. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support to Workday end-users, addressing issues related to recruitment, core HCM, advanced compensation, benefits, absence, talent, and performance.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as needed, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes, improve user experience, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support global operations effectively, working closely with our European-based teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Workday Administrator or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of Workday modules, including recruitment, core HCM, advanced compensation, benefits, absence, talent, and performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a global support environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certification in relevant modules, demonstrating expertise and commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results-oriented solutions.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and systems, with a solid understanding of how they integrate with Workday.
