Accounting Team Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Team Leader to join our team. As a key member, you will oversee daily operations of accounting agents and be responsible for training, coaching, and providing insights for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of accounting agents
  • Conduct training, coaching, and provide insights for improvement
  • Analyze and report on productivity metrics, including attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with protocols
  • Ensure clients are updated on key program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, and reports
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Review, approve, and validate GL codes
  • Communicate with clients regarding discrepancies or inquiries related to assigned tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Proven experience in the accounting field (AP, AR, Bookkeeping, Auditing)
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Team Leader
  • Proficient in using MS Tools
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Able to work night shift
