At RecruitGo, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the end-to-end accounting and monthly closing process, with a strong background in bookkeeping and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities include performing standard bookkeeping and monthly closing tasks, bank postings in QuickBooks and Xero, reconciliation of bank accounts, and review of financial statements for accuracy.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent project management skills, a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additionally, they will have experience working night shifts, ability to use multiple software applications, and proficiency in Excel.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and meet their expectations.

Some of the key qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting and monthly closing
  • Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping & monthly closing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Experience working in the BPO industry before
  • Ability to document procedures, follow procedures, and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure deliverables are completed on time
