Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial accounting and reporting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledgers, payroll, and financial statements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all financial records and transactions are accurate, compliant, and in line with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Preparing detailed financial reports and analysis for management, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Liaising with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate audits and tax-related matters.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or packaging industry.
  • Proficient in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis with a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and mentor junior finance professionals.
  • Highly proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications.
