Seeking Experienced Collections Professional

We are on the hunt for a seasoned collections specialist to spearhead our team's efforts in this critical role.

The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience handling high-pressure voice accounts and be skilled in maintaining accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Contact patients regarding outstanding copays and balances in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with front office staff and agents to support overall billing and collection efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals related to collections and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle sensitive patient financial data with discretion and integrity.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Voice Account
    • Collections experience is an advantage
    • Excellent verbal & written English skills
    • Basic MS tools knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Amenable working onsite in Makati
    • Willing to work night shifts
